Church Ruin, Kövesd

Secluded little spot near the main road but still far enough, has become one of the most popular resting places for hikers. The entrance to the Romanesque church, which once belonged to Tihany Abbey, is decorated with beautiful carvings with clover pattern. The romantic atmosphere is enhanced by the Almás spring quietly rumbling just a few steps away.
