Our second cycling center the BalatonBike365 Port in Balatonföldvár, has opened

On Friday the 21st of October 2022, we opened another new cycling center, now in Balatonföldvár, which offers European-level services to active tourists who want to explore the southern coast of the Lake Balaton and the landscapes of Somogy county by bicycle.

At the opening ceremony of the south BalatonBike365 Port cycling center, dr. Péter Princzinger, the president of the Hungarian Cycling Association and also the Hungarian Tourism Association Foundation, highlighted: the center created as a result of the cooperation of the muncipality of Balatonföldvár and the association, where cyclists and active tourists open to cycling can make use of European-level services they could not achieve anywhere else, or not at such a high level.

Huba Holovits, the mayor of Balatonföldvár, reminded that bike paths have been built in the settlement since 2011, and that's why Földvár was chosen on the south coast, since the conditions for the realization of the center were there.

At our 100-square-meter bicycle center, which opened at the West Beach in Balatonföldvár, it is possible to rent bicycles with electric assistance and gravel bicycles in addition to traditional bicycles, to service your own bikes, and to buy small accessories. In addition, you can get information about where it is worth cycling in the area, on about the waymarked cycle pathts with rest areas, and you can even take part in guided tours.

Thus, with the northern BalatonBike365 Port that has opened in Balatonfüred at the beginning of September, two BalatonBike365 Ports are waiting for cyclist and active tourism enthusiasts.
