Though Mansion Cseri is not one of the traditional castle hotels, it has almost a century of exciting history. Nearby the Balaton-upland National Park the mansion was raised in 1927 by the family Stolte. That time on the sorrounding hills there was a farmland, and still there are a lot of fruit trees as the ancient witnesses of this times. The economy crisis brought a sad end for the farm and either for the happy years, that the Stolte's spent here. After the years of wane, Victor Jacobi componist bought the land as a wedding gift for his goddaughter and it became the home of the family Badics. They built a garage, swimming pool and a tennis court on the site, which is still in order. The socialization of the late 40's brought a fall-off for the castle and the orchard either. Most of the fruit trees were cut down due to the order of the State Farm, and the mansion gave place for lodgins. During the next fifty years the farmland changed owner many times, then it completely smashed. 1992 brought rise, when the mansion got into private again. A new three story hotel was built next to the old building, kept similar to it's original style. This hotel serves its guests for more than twenty years. Be the part of this experience, and enjoy the power and closeness of the true untouched nature!
