Introduction

“Strandbüfé 2.0”, ahol nincs hekk és lángos, de van Harcsa&Krumpli, -ami 2015-ben az ‘Év Balatoni Strandétele’ lett-, kézműves burgerek, töltött lepények, saláták, egészséges, tradícionális és bisztró ételek, balatoni borok, sörök, szörpök. Sok környékbeli termelővel dolgozunk együtt, akikkel együtt találgatjuk, ízlelgetjük, kísérletezzük, hogyan lehet a strandon is valami jót, valami mást, gasztronómiai élményt adni. Kötetlen, laza hangulatban várunk szeretettel -most már egész évben- strandolni, ebédelni, vacsorázni!
