Around 1520, a small chapel is said to have mysteriously wandered from Kalocsa to Andocs, accompanied by a shining bright epiphany of Mary. Since then, Andocs has been a well-known pilgrimage site, to which the road through Jabapuszta leads. This is where this 300-year-old oak tree stands, which once also had a religious picture of St. Vendel hanging on it, making the pilgrims stop for a rest on their way to the chapel. The picture of the saint has unfortunately disappeared by now, but the tree is still visited by many.
