Central beach with an entrance fee

One of the most popular beaches in Balatonmáriafürdő is located near the harbour. The lake bottom at the beach is not silted and free from kelp. The water depth at the entrance is 60-70 cm and gradually deepening. The beach offers a number of food and drink options for hungry and thirsty beachgoers. Bicycles can only be taken as far as the sheltered bicycle storage area on the beach and must be kept there. The bicycle storage facilities on the beach are not guarded. Opening hours: 1 June - 31 August 8:00am - 6:00pm (subject to change depending on weather conditions). After the ticket office's closing time, the beach is accessible free of charge from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
