Mandulás Garden

Vonyarcvashegy used to be part of the estate of the Festetics family of Keszthely. The family's original almond orchard used to be located in the western part of the village that is why 220 almond trees were planted there a few years ago as a tribute. The garden also features carved relief panels that commemorate the history of the village and depict scenes from fishing, viticulture, forestry and tourism. They were crafted by Janka Major, a local artist.
