A Mede By Adam Mede egy borsodi testvérpár közös álma a sallangmentes őszinte vendéglátásról. Ádám a konyháért Attila a pályáért felel. Télen a családias kis éttermünk belső tere közösségi műhellyé alakul ahol a főzésről és a szenvedélyről szól minden. A nyitott konyhánknak köszönhetően 6 fogásos étel és borsoron keresztül mutatjuk be a régió ízeit és a filozófiánkat az örömfőzést.
