2023-ban 30 éves a MUSTAFA Étterem Siófokon, az évek során sok változáson keresztül ment az éttermünk. 1993-ban csak egy kis büfé jelleggel Mustafagyros névvel kezdtünk, családi vállalkozásként. Jöttek mentek az évek és a szezonok, de mindig a szemünk előtt lebegett a cél, hogy egy nagy vendéglátó egység legyünk, nem is akár milyen!!! Kezdetben a keleti ízekkel foglalkoztunk, azon belül az arab íz világgal.
