Introduction

A Vigadó téri szabadstrand Balatonszemes nyugati részén, a hajókikötő és a vasútállomás közvetlen közelében fekszik. Ez a több mint fél kilométer hosszan elnyúló, sávszerűen kialakított partszakasz természetközeli és romantikusa hangulatot áraszt, szolgáltatások terén azonban magas színvonalat képvisel. A víz lassan mélyül, tiszta és kellemes. A strand keleti végénél található Vigadó épülete és a mellette lévő park gyakran ad otthont nyári kulturális rendezvényeknek, koncerteknek vagy kirakodóvásároknak.
